Rikki Plastic Pvt. Ltd. is a professionally managed firm in the business of manufacturing High precision Plastic injection Moulded Components for various Automobile OEMs & its OESs. The company is a 25 year old Private Limited company with its presence in Faridabad, Haryana and Hosur, Tamil Nadu. Our commitment to provide upmost quality and on time delivery has helped increase our presence globally and earned a reputation of being a trusted leader in Plastic Injection Moulding.

Our injection moulded parts include 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler parts, shock absorbers, wipers, hose connectors, Engine components, JCB Cabin parts, quick connectors for telecommunication towers, and carburetor parts.

The companies we cater to include OEMs namely JCB India (Faridabad), JCB UK, Munjal Showa Ltd. (Gurgaon), M/s. Minda Industries (Manesar, Hosur), M/s Yamaha Motor India Pvt. Ltd. (Noida), M/s. Imperial Auto Industries Ltd. (Faridabad) and M/s. Cikautxo Ltd. (Pune) and many more.

The company is audited and certified for ISO/TS 16949:2009 certification from TUV Rheinland. The company endeavors to achieve the highest standards of quality in the manufacturing processes by automating the plant as well as reduce bottlenecks in the moulding process.

The company is equipped with the most modern Tool Room with digital controlled Machines i.e. EDM, Wire Cut, Milling & Surface Grinder, enabling timely execution of projects. A conventional type tool room is preset in our Hosur factory as well.

The components manufactured by company are in variety of engineering plastic materials i.e. Nylon, Arnite, ABS, Poly-Urethene and Acetal Co-Polymer.

Today the company is one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of Plastic Injection Moulded Products in Northern India, with a turnover of approximately Rs.250 million per annum.
